We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized estimating coordinator to support our home building company. This role is responsible for distributing project prints and specifications to vendors/subcontractors for pricing, tracking bid responses and compiling the estimates for review. Ideal candidate is proactive, thorough and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience in bookkeeping or data entry would be a plus.

The right person will also be responsible for processing invoices from vendors/subcontractors, accurately allocate expenses to the specific house. Ensuring timely payment to vendors.

Track insurance certificate compliance, manage and track lien waivers.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level and overall fit for the role.
