Location: FTW, TX

Are you a driven, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for the construction equipment industry? Do you enjoy building strong client relationships and closing deals that make an impact? Barnsco Texas is looking for an experienced Equipment Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team!
This position offers competitive commission, a monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance, and the opportunity to work with a trusted name in construction supplies and equipment across Texas.
About the Role
As an Equipment Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling new and used construction equipment from Barnsco’s trusted vendors. Your focus will be on growing market share through in-person visits, relationship development, and effective territory management. You’ll be the face of Barnsco, driving growth through expert product knowledge and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Barnsco’s equipment, products, and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Quote prices, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Prepare financial documents and sales contracts.
- Provide on-site demos and technical support to prospects and customers.
- Build long-term relationships and deliver ongoing account service.
- Coordinate delivery and support from internal departments.
- Attend trade shows, vendor training, and customer events.
- Manage call schedule efficiently across your assigned territory.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Prior outside sales experience (especially in construction equipment or related industries).
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and business systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to work remotely.
- Professional appearance and sales demeanor.
