Trinity Custom Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Drafter / Estimator to support the design and planning of custom residential builds. This role is critical to turning concepts into buildable plans and ensuring projects are accurate, efficient, and ready for execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and modify residential construction drawings using AutoCAD Architecture and Revit
• Interpret architectural plans, redlines, and specifications
• Assist with material takeoffs and project estimating
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plans are accurate and build-ready
• Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural components
• Perform calculations (area, volume, dimensions) to support project planning
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in residential drafting or construction design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit (required)
• Strong understanding of residential construction and structural elements
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and redlines
• Strong math skills (geometry, area, volume calculations)
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 – $55,000 base salary
• Full-time, stable schedule (Monday–Friday)
