Construction Disputes Solicitor – Multi-Office Top 100 Law Firm (Birmingham) | NQ–5 PQE | £54,000–£75,000

My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers-rated Construction & Engineering team, is expanding and looking for a Construction Disputes Associate to join them. This role can be based from their Birmingham office, with a hybrid working model — typically two days onsite and the rest from home.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Advising on and managing construction and engineering disputes.
  • Handling matters from initial advisory work through to settlement and/or judgment.
  • Representing clients in adjudication, mediation, and other ADR processes.
  • Working across departments to provide joined-up legal services.
  • Supporting clients with training and contract interpretation in plain, accessible .


About You


  • Qualified lawyer with solid experience in construction disputes.
  • Passionate about working within our specialist sectors.
  • Able to manage cases independently and collaborate on larger matters.
  • Experience in ADR, including adjudication and mediation (desirable).
  • Interested in knowledge-sharing and helping clients navigate contracting processes.
