This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in ensuring the highest standards of construction engineering and safety across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Construction, Engineering and Safety Management department, providing cross-project control and ensuring compliance with company-wide standards. Develop and implement standardized policies and procedures for construction programs, with a strong focus on safety. Serve as the main liaison with the headquarters, coordinating on policy, procedure, and standards. Lead a team of professionals, including MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Designers, to support project-specific design and engineering needs. Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to monitor day-to-day safety controls on site. Ensure construction planning, programming, and workmanship meet company standards through regular site inspections. Coordinate with Project Management, Property Management, and other stakeholders on building testing, commissioning, handover activities, and defect rectification follow-ups. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Chartered membership in a recognized professional institution. At least 15 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with a minimum of 8 years in site supervision and management. Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Strong computer skills. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position.
