Job Description
Join a field crew specializing in post-frame construction. You’ll work outdoors with a team to assemble structures, handle framing materials, and maintain a clean, safe jobsite. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Cut lumber, build headers, and install sheathing and steel on walls
• Dig holes, set posts, and stage materials for daily tasks
• Follow safety procedures and daily direction from the crew lead
• Assist with site cleanup and basic tool/equipment care
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Prior construction experience (post-frame )
• Proficient with hand/power tools and tape measure reading
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting/standing for long periods
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Pay Transparency Statement
The base salary range for this position is $41,600-$43,680 annually (equivalent to $20–$21/hr), excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final pay will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
