Controller – Partner for Growth

We’re a fast-growing, dynamic construction company. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle accounting—from month-end close to payroll, compliance, and taxes. You’re the go-to authority for all financial operations. You’ll manage accurate job costing, financial traqcking, progress billing, and construction-specific accounting. Beyond numbers, you’ll analyze processes, challenge legacy systems, and turn data into action. Leveraging AI and automation, you’ll help us grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction-specific financials (job costing, WIP reporting, progress billing).

• Collaborate closely with leadership for real-time financial guidance and problem-solving.

• Analyze and streamline processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

• Ensure timely, accurate reporting (GAAP, KPIs, budgets).

• Leverage tools (AI, automation) to improve insights and efficiency.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations for growth.

• Proven experience in construction accounting and leadership roles.
