Construction Controller in Houston

Job Description

With over 25 years as a local construction leader, our client continues to grow. They have an opportunity for a strong Project Controller or Assistant Corporate Controller with a passion for construction to join their executive team! Reporting to the Regional Finance lead, you will work with other employees to maintain and improve a variety of accounting related systems and procedures including payroll, payables, financial reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar. CPA is not required.

\n

• 7+ years’ experience in construction accounting.

\n

• Revenues in excess of $70MM.

\n

• Demonstrated analytics and projections background.

\n

• Job Cost Accounting experience expected.

\n

• Up to 70% Regional travel may be expected.*
