About the Role

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Construction Clean Manager to lead and work alongside field teams on active construction cleaning projects. This hands-on role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards—while maintaining labor budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate is a strong, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside cleaning crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
  

• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and manage crew hours within budget.
  

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for General Contractors and project supervisors.
  

• Coordinate schedules, access, and sequencing to meet project timelines.
  

• Conduct on-site quality and safety checks, addressing issues immediately.
  

• Plan and adjust crew schedules in partnership with Operations Managers.
  

• Ensure equipment, supplies, and chemicals are available and properly used.
  

• Train and mentor team members on cleaning standards and safety practices.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction cleaning, commercial janitorial, or field supervision.
  

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Hands-on work ethic and ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.
  

• Experience managing labor budgets and meeting project timelines.
  

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and surface care techniques.
  

• Flexible schedule (1st/2nd shift and some weekends).
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  

• OSHA/safety compliance experience .
