Role Description

Lovein Ribman is seeking qualified construction attorneys with 6 plus years of relevant construction law or insurance defense experience to work in its DFW and/or Austin offices.


Qualifications

  • Experience with construction law.
  • Board certified in construction law or civil trial law a major plus.
  • Depositions of lay and expert witnesses.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Bench and jury trial, first and/or second chair experience.
  • Mediation and binding arbitration experience.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
