We are seeking a Construction - Asst Project Manager to join our team! You will assist with project scheduling, estimating, and implementation. You will process subcontract agreements, change orders and purchase orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction required and hands on field experience
• Familiarity with construction materials and processes
• Strong Excel and Adobe skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Multifamily construction is a plus
