Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a litigation attorney with 4+ years of construction law experience to join their Tampa office. This position offers the opportunity to take a lead role in handling complex construction matters, both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in managing complex construction law cases

• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality legal solutions

• Engage directly with clients to provide expert guidance and strategy

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction law

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and client management abilities

• Proven ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Florida Bar admission required

• Strong academic credentials
