Job Overview:

Our client, an Am 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2+ years of construction experience for its Construction Business Unit in Scottsdale, AZ.&

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing courtroom responsibilities including file management, motion practice, and depositions.
• Demonstrating strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• Handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration.
• Preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent academic record from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.
