Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our growing construction team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction, with hands-on experience supporting the management of large-scale projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities on multifamily projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
• Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve construction issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in multifamily construction or similar residential projects.
• Prior experience as a Construction Assistant Superintendent or equivalent field role .
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
