About TMG Construction Corp:
TMG is a boutique full-service general contracting firm specializing in the construction of branded retail projects, residential projects, and commercial/corporate fit-outs for clients that require reliable delivery timelines and cost estimations. We always deliver the highest level of craftsmanship regardless of the complexity or schedule of the projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to assist our Principals and Project Managers on projects from our office in Manhattan. This role is open to a certified Procore APM who can work in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office.
Key Responsibilities: Support and assist company Owners and Project Managers on projects in the office and in Procore - start to finish:
· Procore Admin
·Point of contact for all projects run in Procore
·Procore Software implementation
·Software training and maintenance
· Maintain and update Master Project Tracker
· Project Budgeting/Bidding/Customer Proposal
· Project Scheduling
· Maintain and update job Contact Sheet
· Maintain & update job folders
· Assist PM in subcontractor biding and awarding
· Site logistics
· Purchase Order management
· Change Order management
· Cost management
· Subcontractor invoice routing for PO, CO and payments
· Ordering Materials for project.
· NY Permit Process
·DOT - permits
·DOB - permits
· Out of state Permits & Licensing process & renewals
Qualifications:
- Procore Certification
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage details.
- Can do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with technology and an eagerness to solve problems with a fast-paced boutique construction company.
- Experience in general contracting and project management ( but not necessary)
