Job Description

• Project Management: Support Project Managers in overseeing public and private commercial construction projects.
• Schedule Management: Assist in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
• Estimating: Support estimator with bidding process (take-offs, bid procurement, & bid leveling).
• Attend weekly or bi-weekly on-site construction progress meetings.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
• Safety Compliance: Prepare documentation, track progress, and help resolve on-site issues.
• Quality Control: Maintain a polished, client-facing presence on projects.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable traveling to job sites weekly.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with building officials, design team, & clients.
• Eager to learn and grow into a Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good understanding and use of Primavera scheduling software.
