We are seeking a reliable Construction Assistant to support our remodeling contractor team with primarily interior remodeling projects, along with occasional exterior tasks. The role involves a range of activities including framing, drywall, finishing, flooring, and fixture replacements. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, customer-friendly, and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality results that ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding
• Apply painting finishes to interior surfaces
• Install vinyl flooring and assist with tile removal
• Replace baths, showers, kitchen cabinetry, and countertops
• Install interior and exterior doors and windows
• Engage professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction

• High school diploma or equivalent
