Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support for various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction-related skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

• Site Preparation: Assisting with the setup and organization of the construction site, including ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
• Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials, transporting them to different areas of the site, and keeping inventory of supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assisting Tradespeople: Supporting skilled workers like carpenters, electricians, or plumbers by providing tools, materials, or help with specific tasks.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the site clean by removing debris, disposing of waste, and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Site Monitoring: Observing site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors.
• Communication: Coordinating with team members and supervisors to ensure effective workflow and addressing any concerns that arise on site.

The specific duties can vary depending on the size of the project and the needs of the construction team.

Qualifications
- Will need reliable transportation. (gas will be compensated)

- 5 years construction industry experience

- Spanish is appreciated but not required
