What You’ll Do:

Support the Team: Work alongside our skilled construction crews, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring job sites are set up for success.

Manage Materials: Help coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring everything is on-site and readily available when needed.

Record Keeping: Assist project managers and coordinators with documentation, keeping accurate logs of daily activities, materials used, and labor hours to ensure smooth project flow.

Facilitate Communication: Act as a key point of contact among team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everyone informed and aligned throughout the projects.

Maintain Equipment: Play a role in keeping our tools and equipment in excellent condition, ensuring everything is ready for action when you need it.

Champion Safety: Emphasize safety on the job by adhering to safety protocols and participating in training sessions, helping to create a secure work environment for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in construction is a plus.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
