Position Summary

Seeking motivated Assemblers to join our production and warehouse team. Assemblers play a key role in preparing, organizing, and assembling building material components to support customer orders and jobsite deliveries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, teamwork, and a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components according to specifications and work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and damage
• Package, label, and prepare assembled products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety practices
• Assist warehouse staff with loading, stocking, and general material handling as needed
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience but not required
• Ability to read basic instructions, measurements, and work orders
• Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Spanish & English is a plus.
