Construction Area Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of a EPCM extension project on a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant



55 hours, Monday – Friday (no overtime)



Rate in the region of £65.00 per hour (inside of IR35, outside will not be considered)



Previous experience and knowledge of coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary construction work zones on a industrial manufacturing / process plant type environment is essential.



Also required

• Trade-based qualification - NVQ, City and Guilds etc

• CSCS Gold card minimum

• Recognised professional certification in construction site supervision - SSSTS (minimum), ideally SMSTS.

• Substantial experience in supervising complex industrial projects.

• TWS (temporary works supervisor) is advantageous but not essential.
