Now we’re looking for a motivated Construction Apprentice to join us and grow their skills on the job.

Position Overview:
As a Construction Apprentice, you’ll learn the ins and outs of deck building, roof framing and outdoor living spaces from experienced professionals. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical skills, expand your knowledge, and contribute to projects that enhance community living. With a collaborative and supportive work environment, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with building decks, covered porches, screen rooms, and other outdoor features
• Learn hands-on from experienced carpenters
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently
• Help keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Grow your knowledge of construction techniques and design
