Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Conduct site visits to observe construction, identify issues, and provide solutions.

  • Review submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, correspondence, and decisions.

  • Support project teams in resolving design and construction challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field .

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
