Responsibilities:

Oversee the administration of construction projects from inception to completion.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Conduct site visits to observe construction, identify issues, and provide solutions.

Review submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.

Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, correspondence, and decisions.

Support project teams in resolving design and construction challenges.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field .

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
