Construction Administrative Coordinator
for its
Construction & Development Department
A great job for a hard-working person
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction office
Experience with Inventory Control
Scheduling
Ordering materials
Ability to read blueprints,
Detail Oriented
Have Excellent Math skills
Excellent Follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & Dropbox
Self-Starter who can take a job from beginning to end
Able to Multi-Task
Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
