Responsibilities Include:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service
• Schedule appointments and coordinate installation crews
• Obtain customer schedules, selections, and project information from builder and customer portals
• Prepare work orders, installation packets, and other project documentation
• Communicate with customers, builders, vendors, and internal team members regarding project updates
• Assist with general office administration, filing, and data entry
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support daily business operations

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
