Construction Admin Assistant
Location: Wrightstown, NJ

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to support our construction management team. This role is critical to keeping our projects running smoothly, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring effective communication across the project, team, subcontractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities for active construction projects.
- Maintain, organize, and update project files, drawings, permits, and contracts.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to project matters.
- Support budgeting and cost tracking through data entry and invoice processing.
- Maintain logs for submittals, insurance certificates, safety documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Help onboard subcontractors and verify required documentation is complete.
- Provide general office support such as ordering supplies and helping with internal team coordination.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience required; construction industry experience strongly .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high commitment to accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision to support daily operations
