About the Position

Hard Rock Concrete Cutting is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Concrete Cutting Assistant Operators. Previous construction experience is , and experience in heavy construction is a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with concrete cutting, core drilling, demolition, and related construction activities
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and job site materials
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Travel to various job sites as needed
• Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and material removal
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Construction experience ; heavy construction experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
• Flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
• Safety-focused mindset
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
