Pay: $17/hr-$19/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Early Start Times (~5:30 AM)
Pay Frequency: Weekly – Every Friday

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a dependable Concrete Laborer to assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for sidewalks, curbs, and storm drainage systems. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role with room to grow into higher-skilled positions like crew lead or equipment operator.

Key Responsibilities:

-Pour and finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and drainage projects
-Assist with forming, rebar placement, and clean-up
-Read site plans and follow directions from crew leads
-Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
-Work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain delays)

What We’re Looking For:

-Construction or concrete experience , but not required
-Willingness to learn forming, finishing, and blueprint basics
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
-Physically able to handle demanding labor in heat
