As a CMMS Technician Assistant, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing support in work order processing for and staff in the CMMS system, providing excellent customer service in telephone communications for and staff coordination, and monthly billing for applicable work requests.
Our CMMS Technician Assistant is responsible for the following:
- Acts as the point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the CMMS, coordinates and staff requests, plans and assigns work and monitors work for completion and conformance with quality and other department standards.
- Excellent customer service provided daily while answering phone calls and scheduling and staff for work requests.
- Supports the CMMS Technician in managing asset data entry and linking assets to preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Aids in billing tasks and processing monthly chargebacks through verification, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Assists the development of reports and information, working with management and users to understand workflow in order to develop standard operating, quality control, and process improvement procedures
- Maintains accurate records of time for cost distribution and payroll, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.
- Keeps work areas clean, orderly, and safe, ensuring proper care and use of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Supports the administrative team with tasks as needed.
- Pursues professional growth by attending relevant training programs, seminars, or courses to enhance CMMS and administrative skills.
What You Have:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of asset management and CMMS principles, with familiarity in facility management processes .
- Ability to assist in organizing and coordinating tasks using a CMMS under the direction of the CMMS Technician.
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with , staff, and vendors.
- Proficient in written, oral, organizational, and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
