You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize devices, smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, ensuring customers leave satisfied and equipped with technology that meets their needs. With an emphasis on customer care and sales, you’ll have the opportunity to convert inquiries into loyal customers, maximizing each interaction for both service excellence and sales potential.

  • iPhone & Android Repairs (Screens / Batteries / Motherboard Repair)
  • Tablet Repairs (Screens / Glass / Batteries / Motherboard)
  • Printer Repairs (Maintenance & Parts Replacement)
  • Network Setup & Repairs (Cabling / Configuration / Troubleshooting)
  • Data Recoveries (HDD & SSD Recovery)
  • Soldering (Motherboard / Power Jack / USB / USB-C / Other Ports)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide a first-rate customer experience by listening carefully, understanding needs, and recommending the best solutions.
  • Convert inquiries into transactions by actively engaging with customers and offering relevant services, upgrades, and device solutions.
  • Perform screen and battery replacements, hardware upgrades, and software optimizations for various devices.
  • Use diagnostic tools across Apple, Android, Windows, and Chrome devices to identify issues and guide customers toward the right repair or replacement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Manager to maximize sales per invoice, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Set up servers, networks, and connected devices for homes and businesses, creating a seamless tech experience for our customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries over phone, online, and in-store, helping with payments and creating invoices to provide a smooth, satisfying service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Sales-Driven: Motivated by targets, comfortable with commissions, and able to guide customers toward the best tech solutions.
  • : Bachelor’s in IT, certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ACMT), and basic soldering skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay structure: $70,000 - $120,000+ annual potential with commission, spiffs, and bonuses.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service Excellence: Skilled in creating a positive experience that builds trust and encourages repeat business.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and live within commuting distance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00+ (including commissions & bonuses) Per Year
