Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and materials, performing machine adjustments, and inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality. The role involves maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, documenting production activities, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. The operator will also assist with troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating any defects or process concerns.

Qualifications

\n

• Strong skills in Machine Operation and Machining, with experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.

\n

• Ability to perform Milling and work with various types of Machinery used in precision metal or component fabrication.

\n

• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including measuring tools, tolerances, and inspection procedures to ensure parts meet specifications.

\n

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of shop math, blueprints, and technical drawings.

\n

• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.

\n

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production setting.

\n

• Previous CNC or machine operation experience required; vocational training or certification in machining or related field is a plus.

\n

• Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills with supervisors and team members.

\n
