With continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of customer projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The RoleThis is an office-based engineering role with regular interaction on the shop floor, supporting production, quality, and project delivery activities. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support engineering projects from initial enquiry through to completionLiaise with production, engineering and quality teams to ensure project requirements are metMonitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they ariseSupport manufacturing activities and provide technical assistance where requiredCoordinate project documentation, schedules and customer requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and project deliveryMaintain effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleAbout YouPrevious Project Engineering or engineering experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong composites or carbon fibre knowledge is essentialExcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsAble to work effectively with both office-based and shop floor teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience within composites, motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace or other advanced manufacturing sectors would be highly advantageousHow to ApplyTo apply for the Project Engineer position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
