They empower homeowners, architects, and businesses with the knowledge, tools, and technology to generate their own sustainable energy - reducing carbon, cutting costs, and creating healthier, more comfortable spaces.\n\nFrom individual upgrades to full Passivhaus-level projects, we take a whole-system approach - because the best outcomes come from thinking holistically.\n\nThe Opportunity: Compliance Manager (Operations & Governance)\n\nThey are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Compliance Manager to join our growing team.\n\nThis is a pivotal role at the heart of the business - ensuring they meet all regulatory, accreditation, and Health & Safety requirements while supporting operational excellence across the organisation.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nOverseeing all compliance, regulatory, and accreditation requirements across the business\nManaging key accreditations (e.g. MCS, NICEIC, RECC, CHAS, TrustMark, Gas Safe, FENSA, ICO, REFCOM)\nLeading preparation for internal and external audits - ensuring we're always audit-ready\nMaintaining compliance registers, documentation, and evidence submissions\nActing as the business lead for Health & Safety governance and performance\nManaging third-party H&S consultants and ensuring legal compliance across sites\nOverseeing incident, accident, and near-miss reporting, including RIDDOR escalation\nHandling escalated customer complaints and driving root-cause resolution\nSupporting grant and scheme compliance (e.g.
Boiler Upgrade Scheme)\nWorking cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, HR, and field teams\nProviding training, guidance, and support to colleagues on compliance matters\nDriving continuous improvement across compliance, safety, and operational standards \n\nWhat You Bring\n\nEssential:\n\nStrong knowledge of UK compliance and accreditation frameworks\nExperience managing audits, accreditations, and regulatory requirements\nHealth & Safety experience (risk assessments, incident investigations, governance)\nExcellent organisational and analytical skills\nStrong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders\nA proactive, detail-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindsetBonus Points For:\n\nExperience in renewables, construction, HVAC, or electrical sectors\nNEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent)\nExperience managing escalated complaints\nFamiliarity with GDPR and data governanceWhat You'll Get\n\nCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays (incl.
