Job DescriptionJob Description
· Oversee and maintain certifications and accreditations including AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap, ITAR registration/compliance.
· Lead all customer, regulatory, and third-party audits, including pre-audit preparation, audit hosting, and corrective action follow-up.
· Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams to ensure internal processes meet or exceed compliance requirements.
· Serve as MAPP Technologies’ subject matter expert (SME) on quality management systems and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DFARS, EAR).
· Manage the internal audit program; schedule, conduct, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure effective document control and maintain audit-ready records for compliance programs.
· Monitor regulatory updates and proactively address any changes affecting the business.
· Develop and deliver compliance training to staff to promote awareness and adherence to applicable standards.
· Support supplier compliance initiatives as needed, including flow down requirements.
· Represent MAPP Technologies during customer compliance interactions and reviews.
