Compliance Manager

Location: Denver, CO 80231
Salary: $68,000–$70,000 DOE | Full-Time, Exempt

Public Alliance, a Division of The Management Trust, provides professional management services to special districts throughout Colorado. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our employee-owned team. This role focuses on covenant enforcement and design review administration across multiple districts, ensuring homeowners consistently adhere to community policies and standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct regular property inspections and document violations with photos and case notes.
  • Prepare, send, and track enforcement letters, including certified mail when required.
  • Track fines and ensure they are accurately applied to homeowner ledgers.
  • Process and coordinate design review applications, provide materials to committees, and inspect completed projects for compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone and email with timely, professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, violations, and enforcement actions.
  • Provide reports and supporting documentation for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Stay apprised of changes in legislation, district policies, and best practices related to covenant enforcement and design review.
  • Apply all enforcement policies fairly and consistently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support District Managers with special projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of covenant enforcement, building inspection, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or ICC certification .
  • Knowledge of covenants, enforcement procedures, and design review processes.
  • Familiarity with SmartWebs, Vantaca, or similar compliance software a plus.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and high ethical standards.
  • Desire to grow with the company, this role has potential to expand into supervisory responsibilities.
