Compliance Manager

Job Description

My client in the South is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the service on an interim basis, initially for 6 months. You will need experience across the Big 6 and Maintenance, which will include the likes of Capital Works, Building Condition and Planned Maintenance.

Contract Length: 6 Months'

Location: South

Working Pattern: 2/3 days on site per week

Rate: DoE

Main Details:

• To manage all maintenance activity covered by the Council’s Corporate Landlord model
• Covering the Compliance across the council alongside the Compliance Lead and being able to provide technical knowledge to the team.
• Oversight of a few staff including Surveyors and Compliance professionals.
• To deliver all maintenance projects allocated to the Maintenance and Compliance function.
