Position Summary
The Compliance Manager ensures that Vice Presidents (VPs) and Partnership Executives (PEs) consistently meet Fusion’s standards for sales and service execution. This role inspects work product, enforces adherence to checklists, SOPs, and reporting requirements, and manages the initial accountability process when employees fail to follow established procedures.
By providing this critical layer of oversight, the Compliance Manager protects leadership time, ensures uniformity in client experience, and strengthens the integrity of Fusion’s sales and service engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities

Work Product Auditing:
Review PE and VP outputs (MAD meetings, EOIs, onboarding deliverables, service engineering reports) for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Fusion’s Racing Manual.

Process Compliance:
Monitor completion of daily/weekly checklists, CRM entries, client follow-ups, and reporting deliverables. Ensure consistent execution of our sales and service frameworks.

First-Line Accountability:
Address non-compliance using a structured escalation process:

Quick reminder (Zoom, email, or Slack)

Documented coaching email with clear expectations

Second documented conversation for repeat issues

Escalation to VP with written summary if unresolved

Reporting & Feedback:
Deliver weekly compliance reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, systemic issues, and areas for process improvement.

Guardrail Role:
Act as a neutral enforcer of standards—ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency in compliance enforcement across all teams.
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with proven ability to enforce standards.

Comfortable addressing compliance issues directly and professionally.

Skilled in documentation, reporting, and process auditing.

Ability to distinguish between compliance issues (failure to follow process) and performance issues (skills/ability gaps).

Familiarity with sales organizations, service operations, or real estate industries .
