Step into the pivotal role of a Compliance Documentation Coordinator, where your primary mission is to curate precise shipping documents and certifications tailored to each unique customer's needs. This position requires you to manage completed Device History Records (DHRs) — destined for scanning by an external vendor. Adaptability with work hours is key, enabling you to manage pressing tasks and adhere to tight deadlines. Expect occasional overtime aligned with workload intensity. A knack for blueprints is indispensable, alongside exceptional communication skills for seamless collaboration across teams. Routine clerical duties assigned by supervisors will form part of your responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drafting Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs) for shipments per client protocols.
- Gathering and organizing material and vendor certificates, ensuring alignment with customer prerequisites.
- Coordinating the preparation of DHRs for scanning and integrating pertinent data into storage systems.
- Supporting the crafting, format refinement, and upkeep of electronic C of C documents.
- Overseeing office supply stocks critical to inspection operations.
- Upholding high precision to avoid documentation discrepancies and customer grievances.
- Maintaining reliable attendance, with flexibility for overtime to synchronize with production agendas.
