Position Summary:
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing comprehensive regulatory compliance programs for home health and hospice agencies. This role ensures that all client operations, documentation, and workflows align with federal, state, and accreditation standards while supporting agencies through onboarding, training, and ongoing compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for 150+ home health and hospice agencies, establishing full regulatory frameworks, compliance documentation systems, and operational workflows.
  • Develop, customize, and implement clinical, HR, administrative, and accreditation forms to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Conduct ongoing regulatory due diligence by monitoring changes in healthcare regulations and ensuring timely updates to client systems and processes.
  • Configure and manage client-facing compliance portals, providing guided Zoom demonstrations and hands-on training to administrators and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule quarterly compliance and governing body meetings; prepare detailed meeting minutes and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) documentation aligned with survey requirements.
  • Serve as the primary compliance liaison between agency leadership and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of reports, documentation, and corrective action plans.
  • Support agencies in maintaining readiness for audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in home health or hospice compliance, healthcare administration, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in compliance systems, documentation management, and virtual training platforms.

Skills:

  • Experience with compliance audits, QAPI programs, and survey preparedness.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to train and support executive-level healthcare leadership teams.
