Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Compliance Coordinator to support our organization’s efforts in maintaining regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in compliance, risk management, or corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compliance monitoring activities and internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of compliance documentation and reports
• Support the preparation of compliance reports and help track updates to relevant regulations and industry guidelines
• Assist in training initiatives by helping develop and distribute compliance-related materials
• Work collaboratively with the legal and compliance teams to identify, document, and report unethical or non-compliant behavior
• Participate in special projects related to risk management, regulatory changes, or policy development as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
