Position Summary:

As the Compliance and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer compliance requirements are met while managing end-to-end logistics operations. From routing and scheduling LTL shipments to coordinating complex multi-point freight movements, your ability to plan, communicate, and execute with precision will be critical to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain compliance with all customer-specific shipping and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate all aspects of logistics, including scheduling Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments, planning freight routes, and managing pickups from various shipping points.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits, certifications, and shipping regulations.
• Work closely with customer service, warehouse, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Continuously evaluate and improve logistics workflows to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries and logistics updates.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in ticketing, labeling, documentation, and delivery instructions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics, transportation planning, and compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of LTL shipping practices and freight routing.
• Acute attention to detail – zero room for error in this role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with customer compliance portals and vendor manuals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in logistics software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
