You’ll Be Responsible For

• Uphold and ensure that Mace requirements on Health, Safety & Environment are implemented and communicated to all Staff and Contractors.
• Complete safety observations as required.
• Check the MEP design and report on any issues with regards to the Mace standards or Clients requirements.
• Work with the Planning team to ensure the Project has a robust, coordinated, and commissionable schedules.
• Ensure that PPC (Programme & Production Control) is implemented and updated in line with the Project requirements.
• Work with the QA/QC team to ensure that the MEP construction is delivered to the Clients and Mace’s standards.
• Work with the Mace team to ensure all systems are reviewed, completed, and available for commissioning and all relevant paperwork is in place.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports as required by the Project to Senior Management.
• Review risks and provide mitigation, along with input to Risk Register, EWN, etc.
• Support team with the selection on commissioning specialist contractors
• Lead the commissioning and witnessing activities on site
• Identify all the Client Training requirements and support the delivery of the training
