Project:\n\nThe project you’ll be working on is a data centre project in excess of £50M+. This opportunity provides the chance to work on highly technical mission critical projects, alongside working with skilled professionals across multiple divisions.\n\nPay Rate: £400 - £550 per day\n\nRoles and responsibilities:\n\n * To manage, lead and coordinate projects in all matters relating to Commissioning Management and Validation for mechanical, public health, BEMS and controls and all building engineering specialist engineering services.\n\n * To manage, lead and coordinate all matters relating to those specific sites from Commissioning Management and Validation perspective.\n\n * To manage the Commissioning Management and Validation Services as required by the Business Assurance Scheme (QA)\n\n * To be responsible for all aspects of site safety for yourself and others including risk assessment, method statements.\n\nThe ideal candidate:\n\n * Will be computer literate, happy to interact with client and get stuck in on site\n\n * Experience working in the commercial or data centre sector\n\n * Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, ISg, Mace, Wates, etc.\n\n * Have the right forward thinking attitude\n\nIn return they offer:\n\n * A healthy pipeline of work\n\n * The opportunity to move up the management ladder\n\n * Job security\n\n * One of the best staff retention rates in London
