From the moment we receive the keys, you’ll be at the centre of it all overseeing every stage of commissioning, setting the standards for excellence, and building a culture of care from the ground up.
Your Role
As Commissioning Manager, you will:
Lead the full commissioning process from build handover through to opening day.
Secure CQC registration and ensure all compliance standards are met.
Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team who share your passion for exceptional care.
Forge strong partnerships with commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare professionals to build sustainable occupancy and referral pathways.
Create an environment where with nursing, dementia, mental health, and complex needs can truly thrive.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience of commissioning or opening a new care service and the confidence to lead a large-scale project. You understand the complexities of specialist nursing, dementia, or complex care services, and you know what it takes to balance compliance with a warm, welcoming culture. Above all, you’re a leader who can inspire teams, instil confidence, and deliver results.
