The role of the Commissioning Engineer – Smart Lighting Systems will involve:

* Commissioning Engineer position dealing with a range of smart lighting and lighting control systems

* Carry out preventative planned maintenance, commission, servicing and testing on commercial smart light systems

* Offering aftersales care / technical advice to customers and end users

* IP network configuration of routers, gateways, and user interfaces

* Completing all relevant documentation (H&S, snags, SARs & completed works)

* Identify system upgrade opportunities and liaise with KAM

The ideal applicant will be a Commissioning Engineer – Smart Lighting Systems with:

* Must have commissioning, servicing and testing experience within the smart lighting market sector

* Must have ECS card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) / CSCS Card

* 18th Edition / 19th Edition electrical qualification

* Familiar with DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface)

* Knowledge and experience in configuring routers, gateways, and user interfaces for IP networks

* Comfortable preparing and maintaining various reports, including snag reports, health check reports, and system backups

* Physically demanding role, must be able to carry 10kg backpack daily to site

* High levels of organisation and attention to detail

* IT Literate
