A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HV Commissioning Engineer to join a major transmission infrastructure programme, initially supporting SSEN projects before moving onto SPEN frameworks.The Opportunity?? Manchester?? 12-Month Contract + Extensions??

£750-£850 per day (Outside IR35, All-In)?? Immediate Start Available? Monday-Friday (10-hour days, early finish Fridays) + optional weekend workKey ResponsibilitiesLead commissioning activities on HV/EHV substations (132kV-400kV)Carry out protection, control and SCADA testingDevelop commissioning procedures and test documentationSupport energisation, handover and project deliveryEnsure compliance with SSEN/SPEN safety standardsRequirements?

SSEN or SPEN Authorisation? SSE Cat 1 & Cat 3 Authorisation? Proven HV/EHV substation commissioning experience?

Strong knowledge of protection relays, control systems and SCADA? Experience working under UK DNO/TSO safety rulesThis is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on critical UK transmission projects with a strong pipeline of future work.Interested?
