Post Installation Manager - SOLAR\n\nLocation: Cheltenham Area\n\nSalary - £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus/Benefits\n\nAbout the Company\n\nWe are partnered with a leading name in commercial solar PV, known for delivering high-quality rooftop installations that help businesses cut costs and carbon emissions. As they expand their offering into Operations & Maintenance (O&M), we’re seeking a Customer Operations Lead to lead customer aftercare and develop this new business area.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll take ownership of post-installation customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues efficiently and improving processes across installation, sales, and supply chains. This is a hands-on, technical position with the opportunity to build a profitable O&M service from the ground up.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage post-installation customer queries and ensure timely resolution.\n\n * Monitor and improve quality across installation and aftercare processes.\n\n * Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to prevent repeat issues.\n\n * Develop and launch the company’s O&M service, reaching cost-neutral operation within 12 months and profitability within 24.\n\nAbout You\n\n * 3+ years’ experience in commercial solar PV.\n\n * Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.\n\n * Excellent communicator with commercial awareness.\n\n * Experience in O&M or team leadership is an advantage.\n\nWhy Join?\n\n * Play a key role in building a new solar service division.\n\n * Join a respected, growing renewables business.\n\n * Competitive package and long-term growth opportunity
