Commercial Solar Engineer (US Solar Engineer, Homebased)

Salary: P70,000 - P90,000 package Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) What are we looking for? Skills Required: 3-5 years of experience practicing engineering pertinent to the tasks outlined below Worked with large commercial scale projects (200kW-2MW) Experience and knowledge of photovoltaic systems and system interconnection  US / NEC experience Proficiency with AutoCAD  Nice to have: Experience with Aurora and Helioscope  Field/construction experience in commercial PV  What will you do? Assistance with preliminary site layouts and proposals working with sales personnel  Coordination with internal and external project stakeholders on technical requests  Creation of site layouts of photovoltaic ballast rooftop arrays, carports, and ground mount systems  Specification of pertinent equipment including inverters, cabling/terminations, interconnection equipment, protective systems, panelboards, transformers, and other miscellaneous equipment required to interconnect the engineered systems.  Creation of electrical single line diagrams and loading calculations as necessary  Coordination of structural engineering field with external engineering  Working closely with the operations team to perform quality control after installation. Other tasks as required, including handling residential engineering if needed.
