Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair backflow preventer systems with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with dispatch, management, parts suppliers, and installation teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your company truck, keeping inventory updated.
• Accurately complete and submit paperwork related to services rendered.
• Participate in optional on-call rotation and ongoing training for professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, specifically with backflow prevention.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Backflow certification required; Journeyman's license or better .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
