We are recruiting a Commercial Sales Director for a leading supplier of sustainable building products. The role will focus on supplying composite decking, fencing and cladding into Timber / Builders’ merchant groups and supply stores.



About the Company



This business sells high quality composite products from FSC® certified wood fibres and recycled plastics. Providing durable, low maintenance alternatives to timber, they supply both residential and commercial projects across the UK.



The Role



As Commercial Sales Director, you will take responsibility for the commercial sales strategy, leading growth within and regional merchants. You will manage key accounts, oversee commercial negotiations and identify opportunities to expand market share.



Responsibilities

Lead the UK commercial sales strategy

Build and maintain relationships with timber and builders’ merchants groups and distributors

Grow revenue through new and existing accounts



*



Represent the company at trade shows and industry events



*



Oversee pricing, margin and contract negotiations



*



Mentor and support the sales team
